1. 本サービスについて

本サービスは、ユーザーが入力したテキストや画像などをもとに、AIとの対話を通じて考えや気づきを広げるためのサービスです。

AIによる回答や生成内容は、正確性、完全性、有用性を常に保証するものではありません。

2. 利用にあたって

ユーザーは、本規約および適用される法令を守って本サービスを利用するものとします。

ユーザーが本サービスへ入力、アップロードまたは公開する内容については、ユーザー自身の責任で取り扱ってください。

3. アカウント

本サービスの一部はログインせずゲストとして利用できます。ログイン機能ではGoogleまたはAppleによる認証を利用します。

Ideas Plusの購入・復元にはIdeasへのログインは不要です。ユーザーは、自らのアカウントを第三者に不正利用されないよう適切に管理してください。

アプリ内の手続きによりIdeasアカウントを削除できます。アカウント削除の対象や情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーに定めます。

4. 禁止事項

本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令に違反する行為
• 他者の権利やプライバシーを侵害する行為
• 本サービスや他の利用者に対する不正アクセス、妨害、攻撃
• 本サービスの運営に過度な負荷を与える行為
• 不正な目的で本サービスを利用する行為
• その他、本サービスの安全な運営を著しく妨げる行為

5. 入力内容および権利

ユーザーは、本サービスへ提供するテキスト、画像その他の情報について、必要な権利を有していることを確認したうえで利用してください。

第三者の著作権、肖像権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する内容を、権限なく入力または公開しないでください。

6. AIによる生成内容

AIによって生成される情報には、誤り、不正確な情報、不適切な内容が含まれる可能性があります。

重要な判断を行う場合は、AIによる出力のみに依存せず、必要に応じて適切な情報源や専門家による確認を行ってください。

7. 公開共有

ユーザーは、自らの判断でIdeasの公開リンクを作成できます。

公開リンクを作成した場合、そのURLを知っている第三者が共有内容を閲覧できる可能性があります。

公開する情報についてはユーザー自身で確認し、個人情報や公開を意図しない情報が含まれていないことをご確認ください。

8. Ideas Plus

Ideas Plusは、本サービスで提供する自動更新型の有料サブスクリプションです。アプリには月額または年額など利用可能なプランを表示します。購入に適用される期間、価格および通貨は、購入時にApple App Storeの購入確認画面に表示される内容に従います。

購入代金の請求、更新、解約および返金は、Apple App Storeの仕組みおよび適用される条件に従って処理されます。サブスクリプションは、ユーザーがApp Storeのサブスクリプション管理から解約しない限り、自動更新されます。

Ideasアカウントまたはアプリを削除しても、App Store上のIdeas Plusサブスクリプションは自動的には解約されません。解約を希望する場合は、アカウント削除前にApp Storeのサブスクリプション管理から手続きを行ってください。

購入済みサブスクリプションの復元には、購入に使用したストアアカウントが必要です。Ideasへのログインは不要です。

9. サービスの変更・停止

本サービスは、機能の追加、変更または提供方法の変更を行うことがあります。

保守、障害、セキュリティ上の必要その他の事情により、本サービスの全部または一部を一時的または継続的に停止することがあります。

10. 保証および責任

本サービスは、可能な範囲で安定した提供に努めますが、本サービスが常に利用可能であること、または生成内容が正確・完全であることを保証するものではありません。

本サービスの利用にあたっては、ユーザー自身の判断と責任でご利用ください。

なお、適用される法令によって制限できない責任まで排除するものではありません。

11. 規約の変更

本サービスの内容や運営上の必要に応じて、本規約を変更することがあります。

重要な変更がある場合は、本サービス上その他適切な方法でお知らせします。

12. 準拠法および裁判管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。

本サービスまたは本規約に関連して紛争が生じた場合、京都地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. About the Service

The Service uses AI-based conversations to help users explore thoughts, questions, and observations based on text, images, and other information they provide.

AI-generated responses and other outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

2. Use of the Service

Users must use the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Users are responsible for the text, images, and other information they submit, upload, or choose to make public through the Service.

3. Accounts

Some parts of the Service may be used as a Guest without signing in. Google or Apple authentication is used for sign-in.

Purchasing or restoring Ideas Plus does not require sign-in to Ideas. Users are responsible for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized use of their accounts.

Users may delete an Ideas account through the in-app process. The scope of deletion and handling of related information are described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Violate applicable laws
• Infringe the rights or privacy of others
• Attempt unauthorized access to or interference with the Service or other users
• Place unreasonable or harmful load on the Service
• Use the Service for fraudulent or otherwise improper purposes
• Engage in other conduct that materially interferes with the safe operation of the Service

5. User Content and Rights

Users should submit or upload text, images, and other information only where they have the necessary rights to do so.

Users must not knowingly submit or publicly share content that infringes another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity rights, or other rights without authorization.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated information may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material.

For important decisions, users should not rely solely on AI-generated output and should consult appropriate sources or qualified professionals where necessary.

7. Public Sharing

Users may choose to create public links for their Ideas.

When a public link is created, third parties who know the URL may be able to view the shared content.

Users are responsible for checking shared content and ensuring it does not contain personal information or other material they did not intend to make public.

8. Ideas Plus

Ideas Plus is an automatically renewing paid subscription offered through the Service. The app displays available plans, which may include monthly or annual subscriptions. The subscription period, price, and currency shown in the Apple App Store purchase confirmation at the time of purchase apply.

Charges, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed through the Apple App Store under the applicable store terms. A subscription renews automatically unless the user cancels it through App Store subscription management.

Deleting an Ideas account or deleting the app does not automatically cancel an Ideas Plus subscription in the App Store. Users who wish to cancel should do so through App Store subscription management before deleting their Ideas account.

Restoring a prior subscription requires the store account used for the purchase. Sign-in to Ideas is not required.

9. Changes and Suspension

We may add, modify, or discontinue features or change the way the Service is provided.

The Service may be temporarily or permanently suspended in whole or in part for maintenance, technical issues, security reasons, or other operational needs.

10. Disclaimer and Responsibility

We aim to provide the Service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

Users use the Service based on their own judgment and responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or operational requirements change.

If a material change is made, we will provide notice through the Service or another appropriate method.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court as the court of first instance.
